What do Conwy YACS do?
Conwy YACS (Young Adult Carers) support young people 18-25 who are looking after a family member or friend.
We meet weekly, usually at Ty Llewelyn, currently on Tuesday evening.
We play pool, use the computers, cook, eat, talk, chat, make things, go on outings, get people in to talk to us about subjects that will help you with your career, find work, manage your life and finances and learn new skills.
Basically we try to do what you want and need; and that means we listen to YOU and what YOU want and try to add in a bit of what we think might be useful...
