S'mae, my name's Ryan and I am the CLIConline National Editor, which means I support all the CLIConline website editors and editorial groups.

I deliver training to editors, youth workers and young people on how to use and moderate the CLIConline websites, social networking and online safety, and creative writing and poetry.

I also (along with sub-editors Dan, Sam, Tania and Gareth) edit all the content on this, the CLIConline national site, and I edit the CLICzine which goes out across Wales a few times a year. I love my job!

I was previously the editor of the Cardiff CLIConline website, theSprout, and before that I was the editor of Buzz magazine in Cardiff.

I have two other jobs: as a care worker with young people with disabilities, and as a freelance magazine writer.

I am also a dad of two and a landlord (of some properties, not a pub!), so apart from going to the gym I have very little free time!
